- Stock management and control
- Monitor stacks and vessel bookings
- Coordinate loadings with freight forwarding company, pack houses, and cold store
- Compile packing lists and general addendums
- SI Submissions
- Compile dispatch reports
- Loadout and general "Linc system" administration
- All general logistic and administration duties
- Cost Capturing
- Liaise with the logistic team to ensure timeously and accurate processing
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification with at least 7 years experience in fresh fruit exports
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
