REQUIREMENTS

Grade 1
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
At least 1year experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms.
Good communication skills.

DUTIES

Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and consumer trends.
Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, contact directory, and internet sites.
Act as the intermediary between creative and account teams.
Contribute to the success of the team by sharing ideas and information with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all Public Relations vendors, stakeholders, and partners are briefed and communicated to, in line with marketing specifics and objectives.

The position is based in Centurion.

Please note that this a temporary position until the end of December 2023.
