Introduction:

We are searching for an IT Recruiter to grow and maintain existing headcount for one of our key accounts.

Experience:

years recruitment experience focusing on the sourcing of Technology skills.

Key internal stakeholder management experience focusing on the growth of contractor / contingent workforce headcount and talent management.
Proven experience as a Tech Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or techfocused environment.
Indepth knowledge of the tech industry, including tech roles, skills, trends, and emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of various tech stacks, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to source and attract highly qualified tech professionals through various channels.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Indepth job spec qualification experience by accessing career portals, social media sites / platforms and personal networks.
General understanding of the basic conditions of employment and the associated risks.
Strong administration skills / experience with regards to tracking daily recruitment activities and adhering to policies and procedures.
