Responsibilities:


  • Analyse individual needs of clients to provide suitable underwriting support
  • Assist in resolving clients queries in a timeous manner
  • Confirm FAIS compliance of documentation received
  • Maintaining detailed record of all actions taken
  • Following up on leads and referrals
  • Identify and correct deviations
  • Complete annual renewals
  • Retention of clients

Skill sets required:

  • Matric


  • NQF Level

  • Full qualification (shortterm insurance) as set by regulation

Minimum:
Fully compliant for personal lines

  • Regulatory Examination Level 1 (Representatives) successfully completed
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on personal lines underwriting
  • Previous working experience in a client services environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Good policy, product and systems knowledge
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Highly customer focused
  • High stress tolerance & resilience

Salary:
From R1.00 per month
