Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a BSc Degree in Agriculture
- Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role in the Agricultural industry will be required
- Solid row crop and crop protection background will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills are important
- Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel
- Providing technical and sales support to Crop Solution Specialists.
- Developing and presenting programs, manuals, training, and marketing solutions on the crop protection product portfolio as a whole.
- Creating cohesion in the assigned region.
- Supporting the expansion and promotion of the company within different crop segments and areas.
- Assuring set targets and goals are achieved in line with company forecasts.**_ _
