Job Advert Summary:

Clover is looking to appoint a strategic and proactive individual with passion for sales, good with building and managing relationships.

The successful individual will manage Principal contracts in respect of the following:
Red Bull; Enterprise; Epic; Orley; Magau (FoodCorp); Clover Water

Minimum Requirements:

Degree
Business English: Fluent
Code 10 motor vehicle license
Experience in working with senior management
Computer literacy (Intermediate)
Travel offsite/overnight stay

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the assigned Principal contracts

Identify opportunities to optimise volumes, profitability and reduce returns
Create and maintain sound relationships.
Monitor key operational aspects.
Identify growth opportunities.

Implement Principal Sales strategy

Ensure alignment between Clover and Principal strategies.
Assist with new projects
Assist with the implementation and launching of new Principals.

Manage Regional Principal Co-Ordinator's

Define roles and responsibilities and ensure execution
Set clear objectives and KPA's for teams and ensure regular reporting against KPA's
Drive team performance
Build and manage relationships
