Seeking a qualified diesel mechanic who has some experience in a call center within a maintenance or warranties environment for a vacancy within an amazing company that focuses on fleet management.


Key performance areas include:

  • Authorizations
  • Dealer Liaison
  • Customer Liaison
  • Cost Saving initiatives
  • Highlighting of trends relating to parts failure or abuse
An RE5 Qualification would be advantageous.
