Description
We are seeking a Graphic Design graduate to take part in a 12-month New Venture Creation Learnership. The successful person would need to want to start a business within the field of Graphic Design. They would be coached and taught how to start a business and we would register their business for them. The goal would be to have the beginning of a successful business at the end of the program.


The Graphic design intern is ultimately responsible for creating visual solutions to help drive the organizations marketing and communications strategic priorities.

This done, by taking direction from written and spoken ideas and converting them and develop new products into images, layouts, and other designs.


Qualification and experience:


  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic design or any art related field or relevant experience
  • Graphic designing experience
  • A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects Photoshop)
  • Photography and Videography skills
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in UI/UX design
  • Familiarity with the latest graphic design trends
  • Comfort with designing for mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of CAD software

Job Types:
Full-time, Learnership


Pay:
R5 000,00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Musgrave, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
