The main purpose of this role is to Monitor and Manage a Team of Sales Agents.Effectively manage a team with regards to
- Attendance
- Meeting Targets
- Time Keeping
- Talk Time
- Productivity
- Compliance
- Motivation of the team
- Promote diversity within the team
- Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries
- Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
- Report any IT related issue to the campaign manager
- Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements
- Coaching and performance management of team members
Experience and requirements:
Essential:
- +1 years Sales Team Leader experience required
- Matric certificate must be presented for validation
- Must be able to be added to Rep Register
- No Criminal Record
Desirable:
- RE / FAIS desirable
- Previous experience working with insurance products an added advantage
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
