Automotive Sales Coordinator


Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:


  • Manage paperwork, filing, and documentation related to sales transactions.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks to optimize the efficiency of the sales team.

Communication Liaison:


  • Serve as a link between the sales team and other departments, fostering collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Order Processing:


  • Handle and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure timely delivery.

Customer Interaction:


  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Sales Data Management:


  • Maintain and update sales databases, track sales performance, and generate reports.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Meeting Coordination:


  • Organize and schedule meetings for the sales team, coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
  • Ensure that meetings run smoothly and effectively.

Sales Team Support:


  • Assist the sales team with daytoday activities, including preparing sales presentations and managing schedules.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and other logístical support as needed.

Quotation and Proposal Preparation:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Ensure that documents are professional and meet client requirements.

Inventory Management:


  • Coordinate with inventory or supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with relevant parties to optimize inventory management.

Follow-up Activities:


  • Conduct followup activities with clients to track the progress of deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that commitments made to clients are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Training Support:


  • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to sales team members as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP & CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, industry trends, and sales processes is advantageous.
