Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Daily updating of QSA workshop program

Attend daily workshop feedback meeting (report and monitor KPI)

Conduct regular staff meetings with the workshop team (improve communication and motivation)

Production planning and completion of repairs within timeframes

Vehicle inspection and quality inspections after repair

Training of your subordinate team and on-the-job training

Tool inspections

Feedback to sales executives and clients when required

Non-conformance handling

Minimum 3 years' experience in foreman position or similar middle management position

Good job stability.

Suitable tertiary advantageous

Grade 12

Great people skills

Attention to detail.

Proficient in English

Code 14 licence

PrDp is beneficial, however can be obtained.
