Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • Process work according to jobs assigned. Receive work via dialler. Ensure adherence to processes. Escalate all unresolved queries to supervisor/manager. All processing to be effective, timeous and accurate.
  • Ensure effective communication to client via feedback. Ensure all queries successfully resolved. Proper telephone ettiquette. Record client profile. Deliver high level of Call Centre Service. Excellent knowledge on the card product to ensure that agents can resolve client queries. Call Management, i.e Call Volumes, Call duration, Call delay;
  • Ensure all external processes are met as per SLA with clients by all incoming queries, claims processed according to SLA time standards. No issues/complaints due to process deviations. No process problems identified and solutions recommended. No audit report with repeat findings; and
  • Manage time and deadlines through planning and prioritising appropriately; be flexible and open to feedback (colleagues & clients); actively drive own learning and development.
  • Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
