    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Assistance Coordinator to join our team in Welkom.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and assistance to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general customer support.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.

    They should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.


    Additional requirements include:

    • A minimum of two years of customer service experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
