Senior Recruitment Officer:


Who will you be recruiting for? IDM Group (Inbound Recruitment) Positions will vary across specialist roles and management roles in the Financial Services, Tech/ IT industry.

What to expect in the role?

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment needs for specialist and management roles within the IDM Group

This includes:

  • Creating a pipeline of highpotential applicants
  • Sourcing/headhunting potential applicants through various recruitment sites, networking, and relationship building both internally and externally.
  • Proactively screening and assessing applicants against the necessary skills and attributes
  • Conducting background checks, offering and onboarding all new IDM'ers
  • Accurate recordkeeping with recruitment practices carried out in line with POPPIA
  • Reporting and presenting Recruitment data and stats to seniorlevel management
  • Managing relationships with our hiring managers
  • Ensure recruitment practices are carried out consistently, efficiently, and fairly in line with South African Labour Legislative requirements as well as to maintain a professional selection process.
Where required, provide reports on Recruitment Analytics to understand our recruitment. Analyse data and get insight into trends. The efficient use of talent resources and various indicators, whilst planning for the future


Key Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in a qualification in Human Resources
  • Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Recruitment Agency environment (headhunting)
  • Minimum 3 years experience recruiting Senior level/Specialist positions advantageous
  • Must have fullcycle recruitment experience
  • Experience in Recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Assessment Platforms
  • Understanding of Employee Relations and Labour Legislation
