Description
We are looking for well spoken and presentable receptionist for the Lonehill area in Sandton.


Requirements:


  • Grade 1 35 years reception / Administration experience
  • Well spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS. Office
  • Attention to detail and excellent administration skills
  • Ability to start immediately or with short notice period

Duties:

RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATION

  • All tasks assigned by management
  • Switchboard
  • Filing
  • Administration tasks
  • Recording of training delegates registrations & feedback
  • Making coffee / tea when necessary
  • Stock take & ordering of stationary & drinks
  • Typing and tasks as & when required by consultants
  • Assisting with production of courses when required
  • Assisting the company hostess with tasks/functions as and when required

Coaching App administration functions as prescribed
  • VERY IMPORTANT FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION

SUPPORT WITH TRAINING AND APEX ACTIVITIES

  • Assist in preparation of the venue for activities (training, video's etc.)
  • Assist in logistics, food, drinks, beverages, etc. related to Apex activities

TRAINING SUPPORT

  • Prepare relevant training materials (proxy & delegate binders)
  • Manage Public Program register

CUSTOMER LIAISON

  • As and when required

TRAINING LOGISTICS

  • As and when required
, assist with detail of logistics
