Description
We are looking for well spoken and presentable receptionist for the Lonehill area in Sandton.Requirements:
- Grade 1 35 years reception / Administration experience
- Well spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- MS. Office
- Attention to detail and excellent administration skills
- Ability to start immediately or with short notice period
Duties:
RECEPTION & ADMINISTRATION
- All tasks assigned by management
- Switchboard
- Filing
- Administration tasks
- Recording of training delegates registrations & feedback
- Making coffee / tea when necessary
- Stock take & ordering of stationary & drinks
- Typing and tasks as & when required by consultants
- Assisting with production of courses when required
- Assisting the company hostess with tasks/functions as and when required
Coaching App administration functions as prescribed
- VERY IMPORTANT FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION
SUPPORT WITH TRAINING AND APEX ACTIVITIES
- Assist in preparation of the venue for activities (training, video's etc.)
- Assist in logistics, food, drinks, beverages, etc. related to Apex activities
TRAINING SUPPORT
- Prepare relevant training materials (proxy & delegate binders)
- Manage Public Program register
CUSTOMER LIAISON
- As and when required
TRAINING LOGISTICS
- As and when required
