Steenberg Vineyards and Graham Beck brands are looking for dynamic Marketing Co-ordinators to join their teams.

The Marketing Co-ordinator supports the Marketing team with general administration and plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of marketing initiatives.

Minimum Education Marketing or Business administration diploma


Additional Qualifications Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Minimum Work Experience - 3 years


As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• ______________________________________________
• Administrative support to the marketing team (45% Brand Marketing, 45% Trade Marketing Manager, 10% General marketing team support)
• Assists with general brand, consumer, public relations enquiries
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of marketing documents and brand collateral
• Assists with the development and proofreading of all marketing content
• Managing of promo stock requests, tracking deliveries
• Support trade marketing with the implementation of tactical sales promotions/campaigns and merchandise.
• Responsible for all aspects of wine competition entries
• Responsible for the managing, sourcing and admin behind merchandise material
• Providing of brand information to consumers, collab partners and international agents/customers
• Represent the company at events & shows as and when required

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Techsavvy (Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
