Introduction
Our global client is looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Liaison to join their team. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to their global consumers.


Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee order process to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full. Offer solutions / alternatives to out of stock items, to ensure that sale is still made. Proactively handle any complaints / disgruntled customers, seeking guidance from internal teams / management if required.
Check in regularly with customers to ensure that you're meeting their consumer needs.
Conduct anonymous customer satisfaction surveys and action accordingly / provide feedback to management.


Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements:

Matric Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience servicing international clients.
Willingness to work in the evenings / over weekends if required (in response to customer queries).
