Description

A well known group of lodges spread across the KZN Province seeks a hands Hospitality Manager from a 5* Lodge environment with strong Hotel operations as well as good financial management skills, who meets the following requirements:

Hospitality Management qualification

-
Years management experience in 5 hotels with over 30 rooms, in a GM role

Must have solid F&B experience and understand curio and retail shops
:

Excellent leadership skills.
Good Financial Acumen, and solid background in general lodge managment.
Must be able to adjust to living in a remote location and fit in with the community.
