IR Officer - FMCG Stikland

Remuneration:
R18 000 CTC slightly negotiable


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum requirement
  • Grade 1
  • Tertiary qualification in HR / Labour Relations
  • 4+ years relevant working experience
  • Working track record VIP

Responsibilities will include:

  • Issuing of notices to employees
  • Chairing of hearings
  • Dealing with grievances
  • Assist with investigations when the hearing is not chaired
  • Representative of the company at hearings when conducted by external consultants
  • Data capturing of all hearing administration
  • Filing of hearings and upkeep of files
  • Issuing of suspension notifications.
  • Exit interviews of employees dismissed.
  • Maintaining good practice of labour relations and keeping up to date with any changes.
  • Managing the clocking system
  • Responsible for investigating IOD's
  • Maintaining employee files and updating employee files
  • Assisting with recruiting of staff
  • HR reports
