As we expand our presence on Amazon, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Listing Officer to join our team.


As the Amazon Listing Officer, you will play a critical role in creating and optimizing product listings on the Amazon platform.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are accurately represented, effectively marketed, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.


  • Product Listing Optimization: Ensure that product listings are accurately and comprehensively created or updated to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales. This involves writing compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points, selecting appropriate categories, and optimizing keywords for search engine optimization (SEO).

Media Management:

Oversee the selection and quality of product images and other multimedia elements (such as videos) to showcase products effectively and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.


  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases that potential customers are using to find products similar to those being listed. Incorporate these keywords strategically into product listings to improve discoverability.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings to gather insights into pricing strategies, product features, and marketing tactics. Use this information to make datadriven decisions about pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Experiment with different variations of product titles, descriptions, images, and other elements to identify which combinations yield the best results in terms of clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all product information is accurate, uptodate, and compliant with Amazon's policies and guidelines. Address any issues related to product content, pricing discrepancies, or listing errors promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, such as sales velocity, conversion rates, and customer reviews, to assess the effectiveness of product listings and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align listing strategies with broader business objectives and initiatives.


  • Marketplace Compliance: Stay informed about Amazon's policies, terms of service, and best practices related to product listings and ensure full compliance to avoid any risk of account suspension or penalties.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features or tools introduced by Amazon to continuously refine listing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 1 year proven experience creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform, listing optimization techniques, and search algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and marketing copy.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) is a plus.
