Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Returns Officer Manager to join our team.

The Returns Officer Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our returns process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Manage the returns process from start to finish, including receiving, inspecting, processing, and issuing refunds or exchanges.

Develop and implement strategies to streamline the returns process and minimize returns-related costs.

Coordinate with various departments, including customer service, warehouse, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

Analyze return trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Resolve escalated return issues in a timely and professional manner.

Train and mentor returns staff to ensure they are equipped to handle returns effectively.

Maintain accurate records of returns and related transactions.


Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).

1-2 years proven experience in a returns management or similar role.

Strong understanding of returns processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and returns management software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
