We are currently assisting our client - A leading boutique financial services firm based in Johannesburg SouthJOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to Management to ensure effective and efficient operations of the firmand Admin Services
Key responsibilities and accountability:
ADMIN:
Settlements (In-house)
Monthly invoices
Debit order collections (Absa integrator)
Preparation of Admin debit order files
Incentive:
Ownership invoicing & payment
Loading deals on in-house system
Queries
Prepare dealer base reports for suppliers
Evergreen Invoices & payment allocations (inhouse/Banks/Suppliers)
Follow-up and obtain signed Landlords
Follow-up outstanding correct documentation prior to filing deals
RENTALS:
Assist in new business and payouts
ITC checks and inhouse exposure checks
Sending out approvals
Follow-up banks for approvals or any additional information
Provide feedback to suppliers and/or Sales Executive
Update registers daily
Salary:
R CTC Per Annum Neg*
