Financial Advisors

Introduction
Our client is looking for qualified Financial Advisors around SA to join their team.

You can be based
anywhere in SA and work remotely.

These roles are permanent.

Salary:
R12 500 stipend for the first 2 months during which you will be trained.

The stipend can continue after month 2 but then commission earnings will be lower.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Must have at least 1 year experience as a Financial Advisor and have a DOFA date with the FSCA.
RE5 certificate is highly advantageous
Completed matric qualification is a must.

Benefits of the role

Training allowance for the first 2 months. This can be negotiated for longer if need be and would also depend on the performance of the advisor and this would mean a lower commission split.
They also offer a vesting bonus that can result in approx. 140% of commission this is production based and is paid monthly.
Interest free technology loan of R16K to purchase technological equipment to set up a home office.
Full back office / admin / paraplanning support.
Upfront bursaries for industry related studies.
Ongoing training and mentorship and a career plan with the ultimate goal of owning their own franchise (should you want this)
