An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Consultant with digital marketing experience, within a Business Consulting company. The position is based in Sandton, Johannesburg.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Matric
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a consulting role, preferably with a recognized consulting firm or in a related industry
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing projects or strategies for businesses
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, as well as specialized tools like project management software

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Client Assessment:
  • Meet with clients to determine business objectives, challenges, and areas of opportunity
  • Analyze existing business processes, strategies, and structures to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement
  • Strategy Development:
  • Design and recommend business strategies to address client needs and challenges
  • Propose changes to organizational structures, operations, or processes to enhance performance and achieve business objectives
  • Implementation Assistance:
  • Work with the internal team and 3rd party suppliers in implementing the proposed strategy
  • Guide clients through the process of implementing recommended changes
  • Provide support in project management and ensure strategies are executed effectively
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments or teams within the client's organization
  • Foster open communication to ensure all stakeholders understand and are aligned with the proposed changes
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies or changes
  • Use quantitative and qualitative methods to measure results and ROI
  • Continuous Feedback:
  • Offer ongoing recommendations and adjustments based on performance data
  • Ensure that the client's business adapts to changing conditions or unexpected challenges
  • Training & Development:
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, or seminars to impart necessary skills or knowledge to client teams
  • Provide resources or materials to support the client's longterm success
  • Market & Industry Analysis:
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
  • Offer insights to clients to ensure they remain competitive and informed
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings, recommendations, and results
  • Document project progress, challenges, and outcomes for future reference
