    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team in Rustenburg.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services.


    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong customer service orientation.

    They should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


    The successful candidate should also have:

    • A minimum of two years of customer service experience
    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
