- Conducting research and analysis of relevant planning regulations, policies, and guidelines
- Preparing and reviewing development proposals and applications
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create comprehensive development plans
- Ensuring compliance with zoning and land use regulations
- Managing projects from conception to completion, including overseeing the planning and construction processes
- Maintaining relationships and communication with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in planning regulations
- Recognised degree in Town and Regional Planning
- 3 years working experience of Land-use Applications
- Background in urban planning, coupled with a strong understanding of local land-use policies and procedures (especially in Tshwane).
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
- Motivated and Dedicated
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English).
- Good organisation skills i.e. able to plan and prioritise.
- Salary: R240K - R180K, negotiable
