| Job Description: | Obtain all relevant documentation from local municipality and clients for Town planners. Prepare applications for submissions to council. Scanning of documents. Update MS Excel spreadsheets and database. Book trips for Drivers to collect documents from clients, council and local municipality. Submit SACAA application to SACAA(SA Civil Aviation) and follow up on approvals. Do trip booking for employees going to council on daily basis. Arrange services for company cars and do regular checks if cars are in order. -Update grocery spreadsheet and obtain grocery for company. Switchboard operator
