I am an IT professional with more than 2 years of experience in 
the IT/End user support service environment as an Information 
Technology (IT) Support technician, Network Support 
Technician, Junior Technician, and ICT/E-Cadres. I am a critical 
thinker who addresses end users support issues quickly. I have 
extensive knowledge and experience with the current releases of 
Microsoft office 365, windows and Active directory Management, 
desktop operating systems, networking, including problem 
analysis/resolutions, and end user care.
