To procure business from new and existing customers, manage agents and ensure sound relationships with the entire customer base.

ROLE DESCRIPTION- Building sound customer relationships (ongoing).

  • Technical advice and training including presentations.
  • Checking of batteries, voltages, and SG's.
  • Measuring of battery compartments for forklifts and other.
  • Soliciting new customers.
  • Servicing existing customers and accounts.
  • Handling of customer complaints and queries. (Cradle to grave)
  • Management of budgets sales and expenses.
  • Meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions.
  • Reviewing cost and sales performance.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the role, prioritize and multitask.
  • Forecasting of sales opportunity and pipeline, customer progress reports
  • Sell complete offering of products.
  • Followup on deliveries.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS- Grade 1- Diploma is Sales & Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering

  • 2 to 4 years related sales experience in the material handling sector is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills
