The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
The candidate should also have a strong understanding of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law.
Additionally, the candidate should have excellent research, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
