    Description
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Matric.
    • Valid Driver License and own Vehicle.
    • 4-5 Years in managerial position.
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets, monitor sales trends, and take corrective measures as required.
    • Housekeeping: Ensure stores meet cleanliness and presentation standards
    • Asset Management (Stock): Maintain efficient stock control and address underperforming stock.
    • Asset Management (Cash): Uphold cash handling policies, conduct spot checks, and oversee cash floats.
    • Asset Management (Vehicles): Manage vehicle maintenance and authorise repairs.
    • Safety and Security: Implement security protocols and respond swiftly to security situations.
    • Human Resources Management: Enforce HR policies and oversee staff performance.
    • Marketing and Business Development: Coordinate sales promotions and cultivate supplier relationships.
    • Estate Management: Oversee store logistics and perform feasibility studies for new locations.
    • Administration: Compile financial and HR reports and ensure policy compliance.
    • Customer Service: Maintain exemplary customer service standards and handle complaints efficiently.
    • Merchandising: Create strategic merchandising plans and optimise product placement.
    • Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to ensure operational uniformity.
