Our client based in the West Rand, is looking for an experienced Dealership

Service Advisor to join their service department.


Requirements:


  • Matric Certificate
  • Driver's license
  • Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Outgoing and vibrant personality

Responsibilities:


  • Meet and greet customers
  • Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
  • Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
  • Update necessary vehicle details


  • Prepare quotations

  • Ensure accurate invoice payments
  • Full vehicle handover process
  • Customer follow ups
  • Maintain a high CSI

Salary:
Negotiable Salary package
