Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Valid Drivers licence
- Up to 5 years relevant experience
- Working Knowledge of Local Government functions, legislation and
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Applications and SAP)
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Supporting the Head; CMSU in providing a coordination and
Management Activities
- Interfacing with directorate PMs and CMs and regularly prompting
ensure timeous initiation and preparation.
- Assisting in coordinating with directorate PMs and CMs with respect
- Assisting in the ongoing monitoring of the compliance of HS
- Assisting the Senior Professional Officers and Professional Officers:
directorate PMs and CMs on an occasional and ad-hoc basis
- Conducting administrative aspects of the issuing of Contract
- Assisting with coordinating the Contract Handover meeting with the
- Coordinating and assisting in the preparation and maintenance of
Contract Managers
- Supporting HS Directorate Contract Managers with Transversal use
- Assisting with assessing the validity of Contract Price adjustments
verification by the HS CMSU staff prior to submission to the Contract
Manager for approval.
