Position: Senior Librarian
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of experience working in public libraries, including
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills and ability to work on a rotating Saturday schedule
- Knowledge or experience in the management of library equipment, including IT resources
- Experience in overseeing library operations
- Manage and report on operational issues within the library
- Assist in delivering a high-quality library service to the community
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff members
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships related to the library
- Handle administrative duties as required
- Responsible for marketing and promoting the library's services
