Description
The Sales Team Leader will be required to manage a Team of Sales Consultants. These consultants will be selling a variety of insurance products across both short and long term insurance.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of Sales Consultants
  • Drive targets and quality business
  • Work closely with the QA to identify coaching needs
  • Work closely with the Business Analyst to determine reporting requirements as well as data trends


  • Monitoring performance levels

  • Performance Management
  • Supporting the sales team by conducting regular coaching sessions
  • Analyzing data trends from the lead source provided
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to constantly source new talent

Requirements:

Clear ITC and Criminal Check

RE5 and FAIS (DOFA dependent)

3 years Team Leader experience

Call Centre Experience
