LinkedIn - Building Data; Building Events

  • Handling incoming leads; Building a client Database
  • Tasking the relevant Reps with client leads and measuring how long it takes the Rep to convert this lead into business.
  • Handing Suppliers, ensure the invoices match the Purchase Order
  • Processing Suppliers on Xero
  • Managing Debtors and ensuring payments are received by deadline


  • Training Campaign Costings

  • Compare actual costs to budgets and identify discrepancies and reasons for variances.
  • Identifying ways to improve on processes and advising the team

Salary:
R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month

  • Strong Computer Skills in MS Office
  • Excel. Pivot Tables and Formulas
  • Skilled in using Xero and Zoho CRM

Education:


  • Diploma (required)

Experience:


  • Outbound Sales,
Cold Calling: 2 years (preferred)

  • Social media advertising mainly on LinkedIn: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License and Own Car (required)
