NEW RESTAURANT OPENING
Vacancies exist for a Restaurant Manager and Junior Managers to oversee all restaurant operations.

Main Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance
  • Maintain a fullystocked inventory and order food supplies, as needed
  • Arrange to have shifts covered, Help staff resolve onthejob challenges
  • Track daily costs and revenues, Cash up at the end of the shift
  • Manage and coordinate supplier relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and professionally handle any complaints
  • Opening and closing of the restaurant as per safety protocols
  • Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
  • Report maintenance and training needs
  • Monitor dining, kitchen, and all customer areas to maintain cleanliness
at all times and assign cleaning tasks to staff as necessary.

  • Follow food safety guidelines at all times
  • Coaching staff throughout their shift to execute operational Brand
standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience


Criteria:

  • Matric
  • 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership, decisionmaking, motivation and goalsetting skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R6, R9,000.00 per month


Experience:

- restaurant/hospitality: 5 years (required)

- managerial/supervisory: 3 years (preferred)
