    Description

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and client-focused Service Delivery Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.

    What you'll do:

    • Retaining and growing current client headcount where opportunities exist.
    • Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management, and communication.
    • Oversee resources based at client sites.
    • Ensure thorough feedback to all project stakeholders.
    • Attend to and assist in resolving administrative requests on site.
    • Managing all orders on site effectively.
    • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to all stakeholders in line with SLA requirements.
    • Manage customer accounts on Contract Management and Payroll System.
    • Ensure adherence to client company invoicing policies, procedures, and rules within the payroll department.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding business service issues, questions, and concerns.
    • Recruit and lead cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
    • Identify gaps and develop corrective plans.
    • Driving any issues raised by stakeholders with the management team.

    Your Expertise:

    • Function-related experience: 3 to 5 years in site management or key account consultant capacity.
    • Project and contract admin experience: 2 years.
    • Other Experience: 3 to 5 years in management of headcount on various accounts with experience in payroll functions.
    • Minimum 3 years site\ project management experience.
    • Knowledge of BCEA and LRA.
    • Above average MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
    • Exposure to Union engagements and Labour engagement.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
    • Payroll Experience (5 yrs).
    • Experience within the "MEIBC" space (Big Bore- Small Bore Pipefitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Fire Watchers, Quality Controllers, Riggers, Welders, etc.)
    • Experience working with Companies like Eskom, Babcock, Actom, etc.
    • Valid SA driver's Licence and Own car (in working reliable condition) as there will be a lot of driving (which is reimbursed) between all the various sites.
    • Health and Safety experience.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Matric/ Grade 12.
    • Certificate or diploma in Industrial Relations or Human Resources.
    • Certificates: Safety (OHS Legal Liability, Hazard identification, and Risk assessment, Assess a worksite and prepare a fall protection plan.
    • Degree in Human Resources/Business Management/ Business Admin.
    • Certificates: Safety (OHS Legal Liability, Hazard identification, and Risk assessment, Assessing a worksite and preparing a fall protection plan, Firefighting, First Aid.

    Other information applicable to the opportunity:

    • Work environment: Mainly client sites.
    • Travel: To and from office and client sites.
