Description
Job Purpose
Responsible to assist in the assessment of all cell captive claims and group scheme claims reported by members and to further assist with administrative functions within the department.
Job Outputs:
- Document management
- Register, submit and report on claims
- Follow up on enquiries and handle claims administration
- Monthly reporting
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retentions
- Peruse system journals
- Stakeholder management
- Ensure iMas meets all administrative requirements as per FAIS to ensure full compliance and provide monthly feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- FSCA recognized qualification (advantageous)
- Regulatory Exam (RE 5) (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (MS office)
- Valid driver's license (Code 8 manual)
- At least 2 years' experience in Claims and/or Life Assurance administration
- Basic knowledge of refund premiums
