Our client is recognized as a well-established property fund that specializes in the investment into high yielding commercial, industrial, and retail assets both locally and abroad.

As well as investing into these quality assets, they also manage their properties internally to ensure they achieve the best returns.

With a current need within their Gauteng based they are seeking a Property Manager who has experience in the Industrial field.

Reporting to the Industrial Portfolio Manager, this role will have a credit controller as support while looking after 62 buildings across Gauteng and 1 in KwaZulu-Natal.

For this position, the responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Compilation and management of budgets and forecasts, arrears, and utilities management.
  • Set up and manage leasing strategy at a property/portfolio level.
  • Establish and maintain tenant relationships.
  • Oversee facilities and maintenance management.
  • Manage and direct the coordination of the property and lease administration activities of the portfolio.


The successful incumbent for this position will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Property studies or related fields and a minimum of 5 years' experience in property management looking after large Industrial property portfolio.

You will also need to have solid financial experience within property management and a proven track record in leasing. The ability to work in a fast paced and diverse team is essential to succeed in this role.
