Job Advert Summary:
Provide support to Legal Advisors and external lawyers on all commercial activities.
- Providing support to legal advisors in respect of all commercial activities.
- Understanding of conducting due diligences and drafting due diligence reports.
- Drafting of agreements.
- Attend to administrative tasks.
- Timeous generation of standard agreements and documents (i.e. loan agreements, security documents (including guarantees, deeds of cession and subordination agreements), addenda, Letters of Amendments (LoAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Taking of minutes of meetings.
- Maintaining the general filing system and file all correspondence, as well as maintain electronic filing on Docupedia.
- Maintenance of Security Undertaking Registers for Approved Transactions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum: Paralegal Diploma
- Legal qualification/s will be an added advantage
- 35 years relevant working experience in a legal firm or financial institution.
- Experience in issuing of instructions to secretaries, external lawyers and conveyancers.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Packages.
- SAP, SharePoint & Docupedia (Advantageous)
