    Client Services Specialist

    beBee Professionals is looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our team in Pretoria.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, as well as managing client relationships and resolving customer inquiries.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer issues
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
    • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
    • Identify and recommend process improvements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
