    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and leading the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects. You will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept development to final implementation. Your expertise in civil engineering principles, regulations, and design standards will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, contributing to their professional growth and development.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead the design and planning of civil engineering projects.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions and approaches.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project life cycle.
    • Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
    • Oversee the construction process and address any issues or challenges that arise.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
    • Mentor and provide support to junior engineers.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a consulting environment.
    • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, regulations, and design standards.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
