Description

A Hotel close to Kloof Street is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the Team.

Under the direction of the General Manager, and within the limits of the hotel's policies and procedures, assists with overseeing and directing all aspects of Front Office operations, Housekeeping operations, Debtors, HR procedures, Stock Control, Purchasing, F&B Outlets(Breakfast, Bar, Kitchen & Restaurants), Marketing and all hotel operations.

Also acts as General Manager in their absence.

Education and Experience required

Hotel Management Diploma/Degree a must
Minimum 2 year management experience as HOD
MS Office Knowledge a must
Knowledge of property management systems such as Protel, EasiPos, Site Minder & Nights bridge an advantage
