Description
Luxury Hospitality Portfolio in Franschhoek, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator who will be responsible for the coordinating of the administration processes of the department and the maintaining of asset registers and maintenance schedules, while liaising with suppliers.
- Logging of all maintenance calls and requests.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams on all responses to requests and issues.
- Maintaining of the portfolios asset register
- Maintaining of the maintenance and service schedule
- Following up on completion times and providing progress reports
- Collecting quotations and raising purchase orders
- Liaise with the suppliers and contractors
- Assisting the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors with daily duties
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in Administrative role, preferable in maintenance, stock or warehousing
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook)
- Must work in structured and organized manner
- Able to work under pressure
- Selfmotivated with the ability to think logically
