JOB TITLE

MAIN PURPOSE

  • Customer/Client Support/Sales
  • To quote and assist customers with daily enquiries on equipment,
making sure orders are being captured on K8 system, to follow the supply chain

from quoting to distributing.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering telephonic
  • Queries and orders
  • Telephonic customer support
  • Counter sales/service sales and queries
  • Finance: Payments from clients, invoicing (Kerridge/SAP System), credit notes
  • Quotation to clients
  • Telesales existing customer biweekly followup and new clients, identifying and
pursuing opportunities in the market, promoting the company's products to

clients

  • Support sales reps quotations, pricing, customer credit information
  • Assist Sales Rep with Test Certificates
  • General Admin function
  • Quotation on spares
  • Cash sales and daily breakdown of cash sales
  • Till cash up
  • Confirming payments and assisting debtors with cash accounts and debtors
accounts

  • Purchasing stock products and consumables
  • Purchasing orders
  • Inter branch transfers
  • Issuing and balancing of Petty cash
  • Assisting debtors with accounts and queries
  • General banking done daily
  • Adhere to SA's safety rules
