Summary:

We are looking for a Contract Manager who will analyze new project opportunities, assist in analyzing contractual risks in tendered projects.

The ideal incumbent will have experience in project development in the Renewable Energy/ Waste Water treatment/ transmission industry.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Contract Drafting, Review and Revision: Draft, review and revise contracts according to the company's needs to ensure that they are clear, fair and in compliance with relevant legal requirements.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with partners to ensure that the best interests of the company are achieved.
Contract Execution and Maintenance: Ensure the effective execution of contracts, and handle contract changes, renewals and terminations in a timely manner.
Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in contracts, and propose corresponding risk control and mitigation measures.
Crossdepartmental communication: Work closely with other departments within the company (e.g. legal, purchasing, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Contract filing and management: Create and maintain a contract database or filing system to facilitate the retrieval and analysis of contract information.
Laws and regulations update: Pay close attention to changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure that the company's contract management is always in line with the laws and regulations.

Requirements:
Qualification and Skill

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Business, Management or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management or related field.

Salary:
R60 000,00 - R90 000,00 per month
