There's no better feeling than the one you get when you truly effect positive change in another person's life. It is why I wake up everyday, egar to face what challenges may lie ahead of me. I live to serve and customer service is my calling.

I have worked for both UK and US based companies, as well as a sting working in the public sector as an ITC specialist and teachers assistant.

My experience in my view is what is most relevant, I am well versed in conflict resolution and effective communication tactics. This helps guide even the most unhappy of customers at the very least to leave satisfied with a favorable outcome in hand.

I worked for capita on the O2 campaign for almost three years. Before that I world at Virginia mobile in four ways for almost two years. Most recently I work at Xolani primary school, helping senior students and staff with computer literacy.
