I've been involved in both BPO and local call centres. I've gained good communication skills, telephone etiquette including polished on my active listening skills as well. In general, I have a passion of helping people through educating them and getting their issues resolved.

I completed my matric in the year 2015 and also had obtained an NQF5 Banking Certificate through FNB which I completed with Novia One.
