End to end Management of the Telkom Retail Store as a stand-alone business entity through high customer service, sales, and merchandising standards. Ensure consistent compliance with the execution of all company Policy & Procedures and maintenance of an environment that is results driven.

Managing the instore assurance / technical team assisting them with training, ensuring their testing tools are working and system to reset the customers passwords are active to use. Testing the LAN ports in store if they are working before the store open daily, Assisting with rescheduling technician on missed installation appointments. Logging calls for customers faulty lines. Tracking and monitoring customers escalations.Assisting with testing and configuration of the faulty modems / routers and bookings if the router is faulty for repairs. Managing the store inventory stock movement from the warehouse to the store, checking delivery stock quantity balance with the waybill, doing stock count and shelve count daily to balance the inventory quantity. Leasing with the warehouse on stock delivered discrepancies, sourcing of stock from other stores or the warehouse and tracking the delivery. Checking stock for damages when delivered before receiving and packing to the shelves.
